Signs of an emergency and needs to be triaged immediately include difficulty breathing, inability to sit or stand, or excessive bleeding.
Urgent care visits that shouldn’t wait for a visit but are not considered an emergency.
- Persistent cough
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Hives
- Swelling
- Limping
- Eye drainage, squinting, and/or swelling
- Lethargy
- Difficulty urinating or defecating
- Foul odor and/or discharge from mouth, nose, ears, eyes, genitals, or rectum.
